GENE SARAGNESE

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining MaxQ AI, Gene was CEO of Philips Imaging Systems, a $7 billion business, for 6 years. He previously was an executive at GE Healthcare for 13 years. Gene was VP & GM of CT and Molecular imaging (a $2.7 billion business), served as GE Healthcare CTO and General Manager of Global Sourcing. Gene started his career in aerospace with roles at Lockheed Martin, Martin Marietta, GE Astro Space and RCA Astro Space.

MICHAEL ROSENBERG

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Michael has served as Chief Financial Officer of MaxQ AI since its founding in October 2013. Prior to joining our company, he served as CFO at Pursway, Ltd., a Battery Ventures backed machine learning/big data marketing  company from June 2010 until August 2014  (acquired by IPG Media Brands). Prior to that time, Michael served as Executive Vice President at TeleContinuity, Inc. from August 2003 through October 2009. Prior to that time, Michael served as Vice President of Professional Services and Corporate Development of Elcom International (NASDAQ:ELCO) from June 1994 until July 2003. Michael earned a BA in Economics from Yeshiva University.

ROBERT MEHLER

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, & Chief Information Security Officer

Prior to MaxQ, Robert served as Vice President, Business Operations at GENBAND fring (NASDAQ: RBBN).  Additionally, Robert served as Vice President, Customer Operations at ActivePath, Inc. (acquired by: Broadridge Financial Solutions) Robert held senior management positions at ObserveIT (acquired by: Proofpoint), Correlix (acquired by: TS Associates), Gotham Technology Group, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. At Genesis Venture Capital Partners, Robert participated in investments for Kidaro (acquired by: Microsoft) and Correlix acquired by: TS-Associates). Robert holds a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and Languages from Columbia University.

TOM NEUFELDER

Chief Technology Officer

Prior to MaxQ AI, Tom was the Senior VP, Innovation Leader at Philips Healthcare with responsibility for leadership of Idea to Market (I2M) function within the Diagnostic Imaging Business Group, which consists of the Magnetic Resonance (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), Advanced Molecular Imaging, Diagnostic X-Ray and Imaging Components businesses. Tom also held several other senior leadership roles at Philips, including VP, R&D CT/AMI.

CHRIS SCHNEE

Senior VP Commercial Operations

22+ years of global commercial leadership, sales, marketing, and business operations experience within healthcare, medical device, medical imaging, and industrial market sectors. Prior to joining MaxQ AI served as VP Global Marketing and International Sales, Centurion Medical and General Manager, Christie Medical Holdings.

 

DR. JOSHUA SCHULMAN

VP Clinical, Regulatory and Quality Affairs

18+ years of clinical R&D and worldwide regulatory experience in imaging, medical devices and pharmaceuticals for academia, government and industry. PhD in Neurobiology.

OFER PINHASI

VP Customer Success

25+ years of technology and innovation leadership in software and medical imaging. Prior to MaxQ AI, Ofer managed CT and functional imaging product development programs in GE Healthcare and Philips.

ROEE SHIBOLET

VP Research & Develoment

18+ years of Software and Algorithm R&D leadership in the Medical Device field. Prior to MaxQ AI, Roee managed the Software development group in Medinol, developing high magnification automatic visual inspection systems.

 

MAYA MICHELSOHN

VP Finance

18+ years of finance experience for large corporate and banking institutions on a global basis. Extensive experience in public company financial reporting and controls. Most recently, Director, Corporate Finance at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Certified Public Accountant.

Steve Kohlmyer

VP Research and Collaborations

28+ years of innovation in medical device development. Prior to MaxQ AI, Steve was a leader in CT and PET/CT product development at GE Healthcare, and was CTO for thoracic image processing at Imbio.
